“GasSweeps” Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Greenory's “GasSweeps” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2009, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia and be at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees of Media Wize Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, and the immediate family/household members of these entities are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.greenory.com, follow the links to the Sweepstakes entry page, complete the online entry form in its entirety, and submit. By submitting, each entrant agrees to receive a Sponsor newsletter, which they may opt-out of receiving at any time per the instructions contained in the newsletter. Limit: one entry per person during the Promotion Period.
GRAND PRIZE: There are six (6) Grand Prizes of a $500 gas card.
Total value of all prizes available to be won: $3,000.
WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received from the Promotion start date through the following Sweepstakes Entry Dates on the Sweepstakes Drawing Dates listed below. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor.

Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Sweepstakes Entry Period. Sweepstakes Prizes will be mailed to the address provided by winner at entry. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Limit: One (1) prize per person.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: The Contestant’s entry and acceptance of any prize awarded constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Independent Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the sweepstakes mechanics, and/or the interpretation of these Official Rules. All entrants and winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, any vendors/prize providers that may be associated with this promotion, and the respective officers and employees of these entities, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this promotion and/or from the acceptance any prizes won.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or for incomplete, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions or telephone transmission problems or technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware) or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time for any reason without notice or obligation. Sponsor, its affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, including, without limitation, that caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prize from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical or human error which may occur in processing entries for random drawings. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
